CITIZEN OF THE YEAR AWARD CRITERIA: This award recognizes an individual whose volunteerism and outstanding service and dedication have made a significant contribution to the community. Nominees are considered based on their community involvement, service group involvement, school involvement, charitable contribution, and leadership development.
