Our final Lunch & Learn of the year was on Leading with Impact. Speaker Rich Gaffney, of Sentry Equipment Corp. shared his passion for empowering others to lead and foster a positive workplace environment. Attendees learned about the Leadership Compass, Radical Candor, and active listening.
