Oconomowoc Chamber members recently enjoyed an inspiring Lunch & Learn presentation by Mel Kistner, Healthy Minds Program Director at the YMCA, who shared valuable insights about the importance of purpose, connection, and rest in both work and personal life.
Mel reminded attendees that developing healthy rhythms for mental and physical well-being can fuel productivity and strengthen a sense of purpose. She also shared practical strategies for breaking out of the cycle of overwhelm, and how incorporating rest and other healthy habits can help prevent burnout.
The Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce’s Business Education Committee hosts four Lunch & Learn sessions each year, providing members with opportunities to enjoy lunch, connect with other professionals, and learn from expert speakers on topics that help businesses grow and thrive.
Our thanks to Ixonia Bank for their generous sponsorship of this series. Stay tuned for our 2026 Business Education lineup, coming soon to the Chamber’s website!
