Business of the Year Nomination

Thank you for your participation in the Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards. The Chamber has been a proud host of these awards since 1985!

BUSINESS OF THE YEAR AWARD CRITERIA: This award recognizes a Chamber member business that has set standards for excellence and innovation with its business practices and community involvement. The selection committee will review and weigh the nominated businesses based on the following criteria:

Business Growth and Performance
Leadership, Innovation and Customer Service
Community Involvement and Contribution
Overall Success and Impact

If you would like to nominate a business for this award, please answer the following questions and return to the Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce by noon on August 31st. The business must be a member in good standing of the Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce. Self-nominations are welcome. Previous award recipients are eligible to be considered every ten years.
